{  Ingredients : 5~7 single serving for a week  }

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

2 TS Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup Walnut

1/4 Cup Dried Blueberry ( or 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips)

1/2 Cup Roasted Unsalted Almonds

1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1 Cup Organic Raw Honey (or 1 dried date)

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (you can skip this)

1 TS Olive Oil 

Mixing Bowl

1. Mix all grains, nuts, and fruits into a large bowl.

2. Melt and mix raw honey + peanut butter + olive oil. Depending on what you prefer, you can use less honey and more peanut butter.

3. Pour #2 into #1 and mix it well.

4. Here is my little secret to make that perfect cylinder shape. Put handful of mixed granola into porcelain ramekin (aka soufflé  cup) and put pressure on it with your hand.  (I normally put plastic wrap bigger than your palm size ( 8 X 8 in) underneath so it’s easier for me to pull them out.)

5. Pull out plastic wrap with granola bar in it and voilà! there is your granola bar.

Tip no1. Final size of granola bar will be 2/3 of how much you loosely put into the bowl.

Tip no.2  Try to keep them refrigerated so it doesn’t melt and lose its shape.

I always leave plastic wrap on so I can just grab on in the morning before leaving to work.  Sometimes I replace dried fruit with dark chip chocolate depending on my mood.
